EntrySign Visitor Management Software Updates

Access Control Links for Pre-Booked Visitors & Contractors

Our improved pre-booking feature with new access control options provides a more efficient and convenient experience to your visitors and contractors when they arrive on site. Complementing EntrySign’s existing pre-booking features, organisations can now offer secure, real-time access to their car park or reception/waiting areas via the pre-booking email invitation. This feature is particularly useful where car park barriers or other entrance points have access control in place which would otherwise prevent your visitors from entering your site.

Configurable for one-time use, or allowing multiple activations within the duration of the visit ensures you have the perfect balance between security and accessibility to suit your organisation. Compatible with Paxton, Stanley Access Central and with options to interface with most other access control systems where required. EntrySign offers the most versatile access control solution for pre-booked visitors and contractors.

Contractor Management Enhancements

Building upon our existing contractor management features, we have enhanced these further by adding new notification options for documentation and expiry dates. This ensures your contractors always know when documentation and important dates are due to expire.

We’ve also added new features, allowing organisations to customise the documents which are sent to contractors when they are pre-booked via EntrySign. Customers can now organise the documentation to suit their processes and requirements. This enables them to select and include documentation based on the type of work being undertaken (e.g. electrical, work at height, etc.) or any other criteria they may choose.

Multiple Sync Sources & MIS Support

A major update to the EntrySign synchronisation service now adds support for multiple sources. This allows customers to import from and write back to multiple MIS’s concurrently, import from multiple Active Directory domains, and more. It is particularly useful where multiple schools or organisations share a single building or entry point.

Multi-occupancy support enables organisations that share a single EntrySign system (i.e. in multi-tenanted offices, business parks, etc.) to import their staff from multiple Active Directory servers and domains and assign them to the relevant organisation automatically.
